Default Looking for a pressure switch.

I've pm'd a couple people around DFA to get a pressure switch sent my way. I haven't received confirmation that I will be receiving one, or a tracking number.

Can I have a tracking number when one is available please?

A PM is hit or miss when trying to contact them. They don't get on the forum everyday. Did you try calling them?

Jack,
I'm assuming your pressure switch needs replacing because of leaking. Can you describe exactly where your leak started (mine isn't leaking yet but keeping an eye on it)? Thanks. - Patrick

I've gotten a response to PM, just not one with a tracking number or verification that they were going to send one. Some employees don't make it on here all that often and it isn't something I'm in a huge rush for. John, who is in charge of shipping the item to me (I think) would just be able to hop into his subforum and answer when he can. No biggie.

lol. I do not recall seeing a relay. I will double check tonight. I got my system in Aug 08, not sure if you were putting the relays in at that time or not.

Thanks for the response, at least I know where I'm at now. I would have never thought to PM you.

FYI - I didn't feel the need to burden anyone with a phone call. It is usually easier to just answer/reply at your leisure. If that is the preferred approach I will call in the future.

Not leaking, my light is always on. Honestly, it may be leaking... but not spraying the underside of the truck.

No problem either way Jack, I am trying to make it on here regularly but I think in my old age the ADD is kicking in h:

The only pressure switches we have had a problem with leaking on are the ones with the plastic tops to them. These are the "new style" switches and have been problematic. because of the leaking issue (manufacturers flaw) we have returned to the "old style" switches and put the relay in line to remove the power issues that were causing them to fail.

Now we are waiting on parts to get everything out the door. seems the economy has slowed everything down throughout the industry in strange ways.

Guess I need to check mine...heck, I might be having problems and not know it...

My V3 has always seemed to seep a bit from somewhere...a little around the pump and a few other odd places. Never seemed to affect performance though...

Again... not rushing anyone here. Just checking to see if those were in on the 25th? I believe that was the "shoot for" date of when you guys would have them.

Thanks, as always.

Still waiting on switches Jack.
We are in a holding pattern as well due to a wait at the factory level on these things and believe me it's jamming everyone up. The second I get one in hand I will be sending them out.
