Question 06 F-Series Rear Tank repair/replacement

Due to nearly 10 years of Northeast area weather and conditions, the salt and treatment for winter has taken it's toll... A rear end collision topped off the issue and the tank is leaking coolant from heat pan area that is the bottom portion of tank. I am a new member working on Current member's truck with BFT installation performed years back. I'm looking for anybody out there who might have info as to who or what Company makes these tanks. The owner has no records of this at the moment.
New to this BIOFuels Technologies Forum I now joined, we hope there is info available out there...
2006 6.0L F350 4X4 Crew Cab Single rear wheel the tank is rear frame mounted in place of factory spare tire position. See pictures please, I have needle scaled the tank and then put a sealer down but shortly afterwards the coolant tank broke through. Exisisting metal is too thin to weld, also has sign of porosity and future leakage due to this condition. I am really interested if someone has one like this or any "as-built" info on this tank type to share before taking it to weld shop for assistance.
I also own a Diesel 1997 7.3L F250 4X4 S/Cab and look to use this tank type when I do the Conversion in the near future

Find a stock EX tank and put a Hotfox in it and call it a day.

Default fuel tanks

some folks run excursion tanks for the wvo and a hot fox is a heated fuel pick up. another web site with a very responsive owner is dave at veggiegarage.com I think he can get custom tanks made or may know where to get the spare tire tank and also sells hot foxes.
