Default Culture Award... for the winter II

Ok... I'm blowing the dust off this one and re-doing it. Last time around I didn't QUITE get the picture I wanted, so I'll try it again this time around.

(Heck, maybe this will turn into an annual thing).

This award is going to be open for 3 months... (December, January, February)... and it's going to be for $200 gift cert to BFT...

Dec/Jan/Feb are for the "Hybrid Ambassador Program" culture award.

I want pictures of your Vegistroke unit rescuing some poor bastard Prius (or other obvious Hybrid) from a snow-bank in the middle of a winter (if you're in the North), or from some ditch they fell into (if you're in the South).

Gotta be a hybrid you rescue... and it's gotta be your Vegistroke rig that rescues it.

Spread the word to the smug hybrid owners out there... that our rigs have a PURPOSE, that they're not all EVIL... and that they actually get better petro-fuel mileage then they do.

Throw your camera in the glove box and your tow-strap in the truck-bed.... and get ready to jump on the opportunity when it arrives.

Hoping that this time around we get some better shots and stuff...

(As always, final decision made by me, don't be a sore loser... blah blah blah...)

Jay

I'm out.

The only way I can see having a chance is towing a damn Prius up Mauna Kea during one of our Snow Storms!

Are VegiRammers eligible?
If I don't forget a camera this will be a piece of cake.

I've had the tow strap in the ex since the last time you did this. Glad I was able to inspire you to start the culture award up again Jay. Now all we need is some snow.

There was one day last winter where I pulled two cars and a truck out, on my way to work. I don't believe the cars were hybrids though. I will have an advantage on how many cars are off the road but a disadvantage to the number of hybrids. I can see it now, --(Them)--Can you pull me out? (me)----Is that a hybrid? (them)----nope. (Me)----- and on to the next.

We have at least one Vegistroker who owns a Prius. I don't wanna embarrass him, but I know who you are!!!!!!

This town is full of tree huggers, hell there's even a Prius Sheriff's car. Shouldn't be a problem
