Default GA to CO on 8-17 (and return 8-31?)

I'm going to http://sophiaretreatcenter.com/go/riffraffintherockies/ next month and will be traveling out I-40 and passing through Chattanooga, Memphis, Oklahoma (Broken Arrow?), Amarillo, Albuquerque, then up to Durango... After the event, I'm going up to Basalt, CO (near Aspen) to install a 7.3 in a van and do a couple VO system installs. I will be coming home on I-70 thru Kansas, St. Louis and then down I-24 thru Nashville and back home.

I know for sure I'm stopping at Montezuma Hot Springs in Las Vegas, NM - other than that I don't have a real plan yet. I'll be driving the TDi, so not burning much fuel - but don't wanna carry it all if I can help it. I am towing a little trailer with a 7.3 PSD on it, so not expecting the best MPG the car can get!

If you are along my route and have a few gallons of filtered oil or even just have a few minutes to say Hi - I'd love to stop and see you!!

Anybody else interested in attending the event? Let Lloyd know asap so they are able to accommodate all of us!

Maybe I'll use his trip as a reason to get my CF set up, up and running. I've got plenty to spare right now with the blue rig out of commission
