Clay, the only thing I can think of which has been happening to me is that I have a bad wire coming off my Fass pump. when I had mine rebuilt, they used a different plug and I couldn't find the ones Jason used. So I cut the wires and used butt splices to reconnect the pump. Twice now the connectors have built up a little corrosion and the pump will sporadically kick off and on. I plan to eventually pull the pump and solder some longer wiring as I have about run out due to multiple repairs to the splicing job. Since the system is so automatic and when I go on long trips I tend to forget about it til I notice either the light is out, lower pressure or the diesel fuel guage has dropped. I crawl under the truck and jiggle the wires and am usually good til it's wet or I hit some rough road.
