fuel dumping into veg oil tank

Excursion is dumping all deisel into the vegetable tank when system is in deadhead/off? Vegetable oil tank is over filling and leaking out.

When system is on, currently it does not turn on for low pressure, but does not transfer fuel to oil tank from what I can tell.

I need to travel tomorrow to pick up wife and daughter, but this will not be possible, any help would be greatly appreciated, I have not been on this site much, but please don't hold that against me!
Excursion V4, bought from clay, but cannot contact him currently, he usually trouble shoots for me.

If manifold check valve is bad then D2 will enter wvo tank thru the wvo feed line, or the thick fuel line in the back of the v4.

If the manifold purge valve is bad then the d2 travel thru the return line, or small fuel line from v4.

if you pinch the thick line and no more overflow from the wvo tank than maybe you can clean the check valve

if you pinch the return line then you can run temporarily without purging to get you thru until the new part comes.
