Sorry man it is 990-413-006 I cut and pasted from my notes. I was originally quoted $20. In the end it was $29 plus shipping-not cheap but cheaper than the whole new part.

Do any of the check valves/purge valves/temperature switches/etc. need any Loctite before being re-assembled on the V3/V4 manifold?

Check valve and purge valve are ORB (o-ring boss) fittings - do not use thread sealant here.

The temp switch and pressure switch are NPT and requires thread sealant.

We like Loctite 545 thread sealant, but you can use teflon tape if ya know how to use it properly.

Anyone taken apart and cleaned a Vegiram purge solenoid? I haven't been able to take it apart down to the insides yet, can't figure out how to do it. There's no clip/spring like the check valve and besides the nut at the top there doesn't appear to be anything else to loosen or remove besides the plastic and rubber orings on the exterior shaft.

Have we ever figured out a source for these orings?

V4 purge valve is different, it's a HydraForce SV10-43 (6 GPM). The oring kit is SK10-4VMMM. The solenoid breaks apart in the middle just below the threads you see in the photo. HydraForce uses an air collet to secure the part during assembly/disassembly. If you open it up it voids the warranty. The internal threads have locktite on them. It doesn't seem like much junk can hide in the valve so maybe there isn't a need a completely break it apart. The HydraForce tech said it only needs to be able to move. Heated ultrasonic is the way to go!

Want me to put it into the ultrasonic cleaner?

Here's the valve after cleaning.

Here is some geek info on the valve/orings:

Cavity size: 10, Type: 4-way, Top Seal: -910, Position 1: -16, Position 2: -15, Position 3: -14

Oring installation type M: Oring installed between backups

Oring material: Fluorocarbon - average temperature range -15F to 400F

Backup rings are 1/2 size single turn Fluorocarbon

Cavity thread size: 7/8-14
