Default Hi, my name is Bruce

Hello,

Introducing me. Bruce. I just began driving my 2001 7.3L ford F250 with the vegistroke system. In two days, I head to Maine from North Carolina and back on veggie. I will carry 170 gallons of veggie with me when I start off. Wish me luck.

Howdy! I'm about 2hrs from Asheville on the GA/NC border.

The closest thing we've ever had to a Vegistroke GTG will be July 17-20 in Newport, TN. Its actually a 7.3 PSD group, mostly from ford-trucks.com forum - but a few of us 'greasers' are gonna crash the party. This a family affair, with lots of kids and wives. We take over a KOA campground for a week and wrench on trucks, hang out and eat really good. Friday afternoon we rent a dragstrip and anybody who wants to run down the track gets to - as many times as ya want!! Then Saturday there is a dyno at the campground all day so you can see how many greasy HP your truck makes. veggiegarage.com even offered a $500 prize for the fastest/highest HP veg-powered vehicle this year.

This all goes down in Newport, TN. Here's the flyer:

And here's the thread at FTE with more details:

Jason just a few minutes ago I made reservations at the Comfort Inn for Riff Raff Event. What is the best airport that you can pick me up at. I will make plane reservations to fit your schedule. Thanks,Dave

I just got reservations for the event. Of course the KOA is sold out, I guess I waited too long. But the family is going to have a blast.
