![]() Dave,
Again, you may have this in mind already, but may I suggest that if the Check valves are going to be relocated, then just use a 3/8 or -6an size check valve, and relocate it to the main diesel supply line just before it splits into two lines to go to back of heads. This just means there is only 1 check valve to worry about, 1 to remove/service if it fails, and 1 to buy if it fails.. |

![]() Are you trying to retain the banjo bolt?

![]() Yes I will retain the Banjo bolt and use the coupler and the new fitting. Coupler is heavy so I will build a bracket for it to take the strain off the metal fuel tubes going to the heads.
Plan is to not have to mess with the stock fuel lines at all. Just remove the stock pump insert the coupler and fitting (with bracket)and you have a diesel feed with easy to get to check valve.

![]() Yes, that has its merits. I prefer to have a single in, dual out, distribution block with SS hoses (like the ones you make
![]() This is what I have instead of banjo bolt http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ea...1erl/overview/ Having the stock lines would be nice fine, I just cant stand that banjo bolt thing, its a pain in the butt. |

![]() I will probably do that with mine. But I was looking for something for the average consumer that was easy to install as possible. For a lot of people it is a selling point that they do not have to mess with the stock lines. Guys like us are different. We love the bling and do not mind the extra work..we enjoy it. I Can certainly offer it both ways. I have seen several high dollar kits out there. I am aiming for affordable...simple....dependable and easy to install. Not the cheapest but way less that the high dollar kits.
Thanks for the input...it is what keeps me going....Dave

![]() OBS Ford Powerstrokes come with a mechanical fuel pump. This will be a kit to replace the mech pump with an electric one. Thus the name E Fuel. E fuel for electric fuel pump.
When I get this kit out anyone with a OBS (old body style 94 to 97)truck can use a BFT veg kit on their trucks by using my E Fuel Kit. Dave
