Default alternative to collection barrel

So picked up this at auction

Its got a vacuum pump on it and a timer.
Cook ensures all ball valves are closed. sets timer to 30 minutes.
Vacuum pump builds... well vacuum. Then the cook opens ball valve on the fryer and on the suction side of tank. When Fryers are empty they close ball valves. Collector of oil, connects to pipe outside of wall and sucks it out. Pipe leading to outside has a check valve so collector doesnt need to go inside and deal with any valves.

Im hoping i can use it as a bargaining chip to get a local Sonic.

The main oil collection company in this area has set up the local McDonalds with a similar setup. similar but larger and in stainless steel. I'm guessing the fry dumping staff probably love it.
