FWIW, I've run into similar situations with Home Depot, Lowe's, and a handful of other huge companies. The wrong part was shipped or showed up damaged, and none of them will ship you a new "whatever" until they receive the old one back.

Hang in there. You're going down the road less travelled, and there's only a handful of guides to show you the way. Sometimes they're readily available, and sometimes you may have to wait a little.

No need to overnight...

Send it USPS via priority mail, and just put my email address on there for the "shipment notification"... (shipping (at) biofuelstechnologies.com)

Cheap. Should fit in a small-flat-rate box.

If I get that in my inbox, I'll trust that it's on it's way, and your bracket will go out.

Nah... Internet is forever... if I delete this thread people will assume some sort of super-secret-squirrel cover up.

Besides... your last post nullifies everything anyway... it's all good.

(Everyone understands... you're jittery with excitement... it's like being told by your parents to WAIT before opening your first X-mas present...)

MOSCOW?! This IS a scam!!!!!

I had someone seriously ask me about that not too long ago: "Is this company legit? It says their address is in Moscow???"

I'll take the hit on this SNAFU. I didn't listen to Jay's message completely and missed the part about "after we receive the returned part." Sorry for the shortfall....
