Wires down

Pretty sure the wires are supposed to come out of the bottom of the pump. Iíll go look at my truck and confirm

One common issue

The scorpion pump doesnít have a locating pin and itís common that the pumps are re installed 180 degrees out and the system wonít work properly

Just something to check

Still have this filter set up.

The one shot was for filtering straight from oil dumpsters. Pump no longer works but could easily be replaced. Let me know if anyone has interest. Looking to clean out garage of unused items.

I don't know about veg but you shouldn't have d2 running thru return unless purging. you could unplug purge valve and see if its an electronic issue . with both veg and d2 running thru purge valve...

I put a hose clamp around my autometer sending with a ground wire under the hose clamp. If your stream is coming of d2 or Wvo is returning to your Wvo tank from the return line then your purge...

I definitely missed the part about you bringing them oil. So you do know where oil level is after change. You could be blowing oil out your turbo or your oil cooler. Any heavy smoke on cold start ?

not sure you can install dip stick tube incorrectly. best thing would be to monitor trucks oil consumption by checking oil regularly. my guess would be truck uses some oil. cheap oil changes also...

If itís bad purge valve you can clamp return line. Potentially unplugging it will work. Check valve can be cleaned but probably needs to be replaced.

V3 details. Not sure if v2 is the same

Pull fuel feed and fuel return off of tank. Have someone start truck on d2. If Wvo check valve of system is bad diesel will come out of Wvo feed. If check valve is bad d2 will come out of return....
