I definitely missed the part about you bringing them oil. So you do know where oil level is after change. You could be blowing oil out your turbo or your oil cooler. Any heavy smoke on cold start ?

not sure you can install dip stick tube incorrectly. best thing would be to monitor trucks oil consumption by checking oil regularly. my guess would be truck uses some oil. cheap oil changes also...

you could also try activating the purge with the switch and few times and see if you can get the purge valve to close by opening and closing it a few times or many times...

manifold check valve, diesel will come in thru the wvo feed line
purge valve diesel will enter wvo tank thru the return line

If itís bad purge valve you can clamp return line. Potentially unplugging it will work. Check valve can be cleaned but probably needs to be replaced.

V3 details. Not sure if v2 is the same

Pull fuel feed and fuel return off of tank. Have someone start truck on d2. If Wvo check valve of system is bad diesel will come out of Wvo feed. If check valve is bad d2 will come out of return....

Spare pump

I run a poorly designed fuel system in one truck using stock fuel pump and I always carry a spare and tools to fix pump. I wouldnít recommend it unless you are prepared to change filter at the worst...

Both pumps run in manual mode

You could disconnect wires from d2 diesel pump if needed but I would think if you are running d2 pump while running to get parts and stores or salvage yard is sort of close you should be ok

Temperature switch(sensor)

I think the temp switch (sensor)turns on the Wvo pump. When Wvo pump (with new gears) hits the correct pressure the pressure switch (sensor) turns off the d2 pump. Sounds like you need a new temp...
